Required
Experience:
Maintenance in Manufacturing/ Industrial Environment:
2-3 years (Preferred) Responsibilities Good safety record, good attendance Must have time management skills Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Controls, safeties, motors contactors, heaters, etc.
PLC Controls Servo system and controls Must have knowledge of basic machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Consult manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum equipment functioning.
Electrical and mechanical knowledge in PLC troubleshooting and ok computer skills Perform preventative Maintenance tasks Lubrication of equipment and machinery following standard Procedures as indicated on P.
M.
sheets or in equipment manuals Prepare and maintain records detailing tests, repairs, and maintenance Dismantle machines or equipment using hand tools and power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.
Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Keep work area clean during the shift.
Must be able to lift 45 pounds or apply at least 45 pounds of torque pressure.
Ability to work with others in a group or team.
Moderate physical demands, hot, cold, and damp environment Job Type:
